Tuscan Terraces is a boutique apartment building with 26 units of three and four bedroom flats. Going with the current trend of developing properties in some sort of borrowed western style or theme based, the brief given to us was to design an Italian themed apartment building.
The proposed design however borrows the robustness of Italian Architecture, deep fenestration devoid of all ornamentation and the personalized landscaped edges of the balconies.
The outer layer in yellow shahbad stone cladding accentuates and unifies all the fenestration in the building.
